Summer Fun Day for energy firm

The Brief
To create a summer fete style summer party for all employees and their family to enjoy, including games, entertainment and interactive activities.

The Venue
The client decided to utilise the green space already available to them on site. We were tasked with the challenge with transforming an empty plot into a spectacular space for a summer party.

The Day
The day started with most guests arriving via a shuttle bus organised from the local train station which continued throughout the day until the end of the party. When guests arrived there was a number of activities including human table football, dodgems, a bouncy castle and multiple fair group stalls for all to enjoy at their own pace and even win prizes.

We put together an entertainment programme for the day so nothing would be missed, this included a live band, Punch and Judy, ferret racing and duck herding displays. There was also the opportunity for guests to learn the very best football skills from our world class trickster and wow the crowds with what they have learnt.

Of course no summer fete is complete without fun food which was in abundance including pick n mix, candy floss and ice cream! The day finished with 2 sets from a party band ending the day on a high for all 150 guests in attendance.
