Glamorous Barmitzvah at the Bulgari

The Brief
To create an exclusive VIP experience for guests themed around The Oscars after party and transform the evening into an elite affair.

The Party
We wanted to transform the luxury ballroom at The Bulgari hotel into an exclusive VIP event centred around The Barmitzvah boys name, Oscar. The classy atmosphere of the venue itself ensured guests would get the VIP treatment from the minute they stepped off the coach we organised. As guests were welcomed into the reception, they were all invited for a picture in front of a bespoke Step N Repeat board that you would find at any awards ceremony.

Guests were then asked to make their way into the ballroom, where by the entire room was themed black and gold mirror even down to the table tops, table centres and personalised ice buckets we had designed with their logo on. We created a walkway table for the kids table which was connected to the stage, this allowed the Barmitzvah boy to do his big entrance via the table. This met the bespoke stage which was completed with a 3m wide LED screen which acted as our focal point for the entire event.

We were joined on the evening by The London Beats, The Prodance Group and Misunderstood from The X Factor 2018. The evening was filled with entertainment from the minute guests walked into the room and having the walkway to the stage added a great visual element to all guests as all entertainment utilised this as a stage for their performances. The dancefloor was packed all night and the use of lighting, dance visuals on the screen and overall great crowd made for a fantastic evening.
