Girly Batmitzvah at the Langham

The Brief
Due to the client having two events within a year of each other, we wanted to ensure that we could change the look and feel of the event despite it being at a different Venue.

The Party
As guests entered the reception at The Langham hotel, they were greeted with the sounds of one of our Sax players before being welcomed into the newly refurbished ballroom. As soon as the ballroom doors opened guests were invited in with a toffee vodka shot getting the party started from very early on before kicking off with a traditional Israeli dancing set.

To create a different feel to the main room, we placed the stage at the far-left hand side as guests walked in. A first for The Langham itself, the stage instantly became the focal point as we had placed a large LED screen in the centre with a rose gold surround finishing it off. The room all tied in nicely together with each colour matching down to a tee. We had designed the room with long tables leading up to the stage which were dressed with pink flowers, rose gold industrial lamps, fairy lights and matching blush pink linen with matching napkins. Perfect for any girly Batmitzvah.

The party was a huge success filled with amazing lighting creating a nightclub atmosphere on the dancefloor, topped with fantastic dance visuals on the screen. One of our Uptown DJ’s kept the crowd on the dancefloor the entire night from start to finish with the help of a saxophonist and of course our wonderful dancers.
